Hence,\nTrademark Law in India provides when the usage of a registered Trademark\ndoesn\u2019t amount to Trademark Infringement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Remedies_for_Trademark_Infringement\"><\/span>Remedies for Trademark\nInfringement<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When\na Trademark is infringed, then the Trademark owner has both the civil as well\nas criminal remedies available under the Trademark Act.
