The requirement for introducing Compulsory Licensing by\nWTO was to limit black marketing and tackle the kind of possibility which leads\nto black marketing of drugs. Even the Government from different nations should\nadopt this strategy to stop the due business that is running against the law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There\nare many examples of hospitals reporting the lack of injections &amp; drugs for\nemergency patients as well. The bench\nof the said case was headed by Justice DY Chandrachud. The bench also observed\nthat various drugs of high demand &amp; significance like Remdevisir and\nTocilizumab are being sold out at huge prices or even forms just to gain\nprofits by using the people in need.
