The Fire department issues the Fire NOC after proper\nverification and auditing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Fire department issues the Fire NOC certificate after verifying and auditing the building&#8217;s fire resistance and&nbsp;<strong>safety<\/strong>&nbsp;mechanism, which should comply with the&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/swaritadvisors.com\/learning\/fire-safety-rules-made-mandatory-by-the-government-of-india\/\" class=\"text-primary\">fire safety<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;standards and guidelines stated by the respective state government. The process to get the Fire NOC Certificate is mentioned below &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The applicant needs to apply the fire clearance certificate form to the respective state&#8217;s chief fire officer and fire service department.<\/li><li>For obtaining Fire NOC Certificate, an online form can also be filled out to the concerned fire service department of state.<\/li><li>The online application form shall include details like-<ol><li>Type of Application<\/li><li>District&nbsp;<\/li><li>Fire station<\/li><li>Details of approval of FFS.<\/li><li>Building details<\/li><li>Applicant details.<\/li><li>Fire equipment Pictures<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>In both the case\nas mentioned above, certain documents must be submitted along with the\napplication form.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The chief officer\nwill forward the application form to the respective department and inspector.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The concerned\ninspector will inspect the company&#8217;s area or building and check whether Fire\nextinguishing equipment are available for complete fire safety.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>After the\ninspection, if everything is arranged correctly and the inspector is satisfied\nwith the examination, the inspector fire brigade of the area will issue the\nfire clearance certificate to the applicant.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Duration_to_obtain_the_Fire_NOC_Certificate\"><\/span><strong>Duration to obtain the\nFire NOC Certificate<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In India, the duration to obtain the Fire NOC certificate<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/dfs.delhigovt.nic.in\/content\/noc-requirement\"><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/a><\/sup> is 30 days or 04 weeks.
