By directly buying goods from manufacturers or producers, they eliminate the broker in the distribution process.<\/li><li><strong><em>Co-operative Housing Society:<\/em><\/strong> It is formed to provide houses to the members. Under this Society, they purchase land, develop and construct the land and make flats, apartments or houses and allot the same to the members. Some of these societies offer loans to its members at a very low-interest rate to build their business.<\/li><li><strong><em>Cooperative Farming Societies:<\/em><\/strong>  This Society is basically formed by small farmers to work together and enjoy the benefits of large scale farming.<\/li><li><strong><em>Producers Co-operative Society: <\/em><\/strong>This Society is formed to protect the small producers&#8217; interest by making available items for their production need such as machinery, tools, equipment, raw materials, etc.<\/li><li><strong><em>Cooperative Credit Societies:<\/em><\/strong> The primary purpose of this Society is to provide financial or economic support to the members. This Society accepts deposits from members and grants them loans at affordable interest rates when required.<\/li><li><strong><em>Cooperative Marketing Societies:<\/em><\/strong> Cooperative Marketing Societies are formed by small manufacturers and producers who find it very difficult to sell their products individually. This section tells that no Multi-State Cooperative Society can be registered under this Act unless and until its primary purpose is to serve the members not only in single state but the members in more than one state and also the buy laws must be provided for the betterment of the economy and social of all its members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This can be completed\nthrough Society which would be registered under this self-help and mutual aid\nin accordance with the cooperative principles. Moreover, Section 6 of the MSCS\nAct, 2002, provides for the registration application, which will be made to the\nCentral Registrar in such form with such specifics as may be suggested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Application_must_be_signed\"><\/span>The Application must be signed<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>It is required to be signed by\na minimum of fifty members from each of the concerned state.<\/li><li>It must be authorized or\ncertified by representatives on behalf of at least five societies as they are\nnot registered in the same state.<\/li><li>It must be certified by each\nSociety&#8217;s representatives.<\/li><li>The Society&#8217;s application\nshould be accompanied by four copies of the proposed by-laws of the Multi-State\nCooperative Society, and a person by whom or on behalf of such application is\nmade should provide such information regarding Society as the Registrar may\nneed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Process_of_Cooperative_Society_Registration\"><\/span>Process of Cooperative Society Registration<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Following are the steps\nof Cooperative Society Registration process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>At least ten members are essential\nwho wants to establish a society.<\/li><li>Provisional Committee and\na Chief Promoter have to be elected from those individuals.<\/li><li>Society\u2019s name should be\nunique.<\/li><li>An application is\nessential to be made to relevant Authority for the reservation of name and for\nauthorizing the reserved name.<\/li><li>Entrance fees and Share\nCapital has to be collected from the possible members.<\/li><li>As per the Authority&#8217;s\nDirection, a bank account is required to be opened in the Society&#8217;s name.<\/li><li>Registration fees must be\ndeposited with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rbi.org.in\/\">RBI<\/a> or the Reserve Bank of\nIndia and get receipt challan.<\/li><li>An application\nshould&nbsp; be submitted to Registrar of\nSocieties of the concerned Municipal Division for Society Registration.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Conclusion\"><\/span>Conclusion<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There has been a rise in financial and credit lending institutions globally with equal opportunity motto.
