With some exclusive rights, the owners or creators can be encouraged\nto come up with some more creations to share with the general public. So, the\ngeneral public may also benefit from their creation because it can be beneficial\nfor developing their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, creators or owners of the original work are not grateful to make their creation or work public. But, still, the unpublished resources are safeguarded under a similar Copyright Law. Creators are not obligatory to register their original creation with the U.S. Copyright Office.
