Further, it shall be noted that the term Registered Entities include MII (Market Infrastructure Institutions) as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, it shall be noted that the term\nTCCCP Regulations stands for the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer\nPreference Regulations 2018, and the term TRAI stands for Telecom Regulatory\nAuthority of India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this learning blog, we will discuss\nthe notion of TCCCP Regulations 2018, together with the need for this press\nrelease and the consequences of the non-compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Concept_of_TCCCP_Regulations_2018\"><\/span>Concept of TCCCP Regulations 2018<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Acronym TCCCP Regulations stands for the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations 2018. It was notified by TRAI to curb the issue of Unsolicited Commercial Communication. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further,\nthese regulations include provisions for PE (Principal Entities) as well. The\nterm Principal Entities means the entities who intend to send bulk messages or\nSMS.
