Multiple complaints can be files through\nthe same profile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3: The complainant is required to select the type of complaint he needs to file with the authority. Complainant\u2019s particular must be auto-filled based on the information provided in a \u201cMy Profile\u201d section. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 4: Further,\nall the required information must be filled in a selected form. Tooltips in\neach of the fields have been provided for the assistance of the user in the\nform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 5: the\ncomplainant then is required to make the registration fee online to file a\ncomplaint in RERA Delhi, which stands to be Rs. 1000 per complaint. The payment\ncan be done through credit card, debit card or through net banking facility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 6: the complainant then has to upload the relevant documents related to the complaint. The same is to be downloaded from the documents tab of the official website. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 7: the\nfinal step involved to file a complaint in the RERA Delhi is to submit the\ncomplaint by clicking on the \u201cSubmit\u201d button and complaint reference number\nshall be generated, which the complainant must note down for future reference. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_are_the_important_details_that_are_required_to_be_mentioned_to_file_a_complaint_in_RERA_Delhi\"><\/span>What are the important details that are required to\nbe mentioned to file a complaint in RERA Delhi? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To file a\ncomplaint in RERA Delhi, it must be done in the prescribed <em>Form M, Form N or Form L<\/em> basis. And if it is filed with the RERA\nTribunal, then the complaint must be filed in the form of an <em>Appeal <\/em>against any order that is passed\nby the RERA Authority and the RERA Adjudicating Officer. While drafting a RERA\nComplaint, the following details must be included: &#8211; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The buyer\u2019s name, address and other details.<\/li><li>The address of the respective project.<\/li><li>The Property\u2019s registration number.<\/li><li>The statements and facts relating to the delay in the property.<\/li><li>The response was given by the project developer. <\/li><li>The relief that is sought from the RERA Authority.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The complaint\nalong with the prescribed fee for the different forms as per the Delhi RERA\nRules is filed with the RERA Delhi. The time period to dispose off a complaint\nor an appeal is within a <em>period of 60 days<\/em>\nfrom the date of the receipt of an application by the RERA Authority.
