For each class of goods or\nservices that is incorporated, a separate registration fee is paid. The correct\nclass must be shown at the time of applying for a Trademark Registration because\nif the class is found incorrect, then the process of application begins all\nover again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Specimens_for_Trademark_Class_3\"><\/span>Specimens\nfor Trademark Class 3<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nthe mark or logo is used in commerce, then you should provide a specimen of\nthis logo or mark as clients see it. It is vital for the specimen to indicate\nthe mark as used on or in connection with the goods in commerce. A Trademark\nspecimen must be a label, tag, or container for the goods or an exhibit that is\nlinked with the products or goods. A copy or any other reproduction of a\nspecimen of the mark as used in or on association with goods is acceptable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\nmost situations, the label is an acceptable specimen if the Trademark is\napplied to the goods or the containers for the products or goods in Trademark\nClass 3 by means of labels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shipping\nlabels or mailing may be accepted if proper usage is shown and if they are\nfixed to the products or to the containers for the products. It is not\nsatisfactory if the mark displayed is just used as a Trade Name and not a\nTrademark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\ncorrect way of Trademark Affixation is to stamp a Trademark on the products,\nthe container, or on the tags or labels attached to the containers or goods.\nThe Trademark can be inscribed on the goods&#8217; body, with metal stamping; it can\nbe applied by a rubber stamp or be selected by using a template\/stencil. A\nTrademark used in this way, facsimiles or photographs representing actual\nstencilling or stamping are acceptable as specimens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nwords &#8216;applied to the containers for the goods means that it is applied to any\nsort of commercial packaging that is usual for that specific goods as they move\nin trade.
