instruments\n&amp; apparatus for conducting transforming,&nbsp;\nregulating, controlling electricity, accumulating, or switching,;\napparatus for recording, recording discs,&nbsp;\ntransmission or reproduction of sound or images, magnetic data carries,\nCDs, DVDs, and other digital recording media; the mechanism for coin-operated\napparatus; cash registers, calculating machines, data processing equipment,\ncomputer software, fire extinguishing apparatus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Following\nis the list of goods under Trademark Class 9:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Protractors;<\/li><li>Instruments and apparatus for\ncontrolling ships, such as instruments &amp; apparatus for measuring and for\ntransmitting order;<\/li><li>Punched card office machines;<\/li><li>Instruments &amp; apparatus for\nscientific research in laboratories;<\/li><li>All computer software &amp;\nprograms, despite recording media or means of dissemination, i.e., software\nrecorded on magnetic media or downloaded from a remote computer network.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hence,\nTrademark Class 9 comprises primarily computers, smartphones, software, CDs,\nDVDs, and fire extinguishers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Following\ngoods or products must not be classified under Trademark Class 9:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Apparatus for dispensing or\npumping fuels;<\/li><li>Control Clocks;<\/li><li>Electromechanical apparatus for\nthe kitchen (mixers &amp; grinders for foodstuffs, fruit presses, etc.) and\nsome other instruments &amp; apparatus driven by an electrical motor;<\/li><li>An electric razor, flat irons,\nand clippers;<\/li><li>Electric combs &amp;\ntoothbrushes;<\/li><li>Amusement &amp; game apparatus adapted\nfor the use with an external display monitor or screen;<\/li><li>Electrical apparatus for space\nheating or for the heating of liquids, for ventilating, cooking, etc.;<\/li><li>Clocks &amp; this is because the USPTO<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/United_States_Patent_and_Trademark_Office\" class=\"text-primary\"><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/a><\/sup> has decided that candidates filing within Trademark Class 9 often need to file in coordinated classes, as well. Trademark Registration is established on a class system. For each class of goods or services that is registered, a separate registration fee is paid. The mark should be seen on or in\nconnection with the items in trade in order for the specimen to be appropriate.\nA Trademark specimen should be a label, container, or tag for the products or a\ndisplay that is affiliated with the goods. A copy of any other reproduction of\na marked specimen as used on or in connection with the products is acceptable. In\nmost situations, the label is an acceptable specimen if the Trademark is\napplied to the products or the containers for the products in Trademark Class 9\nby means of labels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shipping or mailing labels may be recognised or accepted if the usage is\nshown and if they are fixed to the products or to the containers for the\nproducts. It is not acceptable if the marl shown is just used as a trading name\nand not a Trademark.
