In simple words, Yashram Lifestyle files a\ncontempt plea against ABFRL in Karnataka High Court. It has filed a motion of censure in the High Court of Karnataka for &#8220;intentionally having disobedient&#8221; court order and demanded foreclosure on the company\u2019s assets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However,\nYashram Lifestyle claims that Aditya Birla Fashion &amp; Retail Limited has continued\nto sell, manufacture, and market patented products on its e-commerce website\nand several other channels, thereby disobeying a court order. The Karnataka\nHigh Court said that the alleged Patent Infringement causes hardship to the\nplaintiffs who have invented or created the product in concern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Karnataka_High_Court_%E2%80%9CNot_Issuing_Temporary_Injunction_would_amount_or_cause_hardship_to_Plaintiffs%E2%80%9D\"><\/span>Karnataka\nHigh Court: \u201cNot Issuing Temporary Injunction would amount or cause hardship to\nPlaintiffs.&#8221;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nHigh Court issued an ad-interim temporary injunction, and the one made earlier\nwas absolute and added that if the temporary injunction was issued, it would\ncause no hardship to the defendant; however, not discussing the same would\namount to causing hardship to the plaintiff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nCourt has ordered, &#8220;I believe that the plaintiffs have made out a case to\nissue the temporary injunction and temporary injunction is already issued, and\nthe same is in action; hence this Court has to make it as complete instead of\ncancelling the ad-interim temporary injunction issued in favour of the plaintiffs.\nAlso, the application filed by the plaintiff under <strong><em>Order XXXIX Rules 1 &amp; 2 of\nCPC<\/em><\/strong> is allowed, and the injunction issued earlier is made as absolute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further,\nthe Court added, \u201cIf a temporary injunction is issued, it will not cause any\nhardship to the defendant, or otherwise it amounts to cause hardship to the\nplaintiffs, and the balance of convenience or benefit is in favour of the\nplaintiffs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Conclusion\"><\/span>Conclusion<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Other than Yashram Lifestyle\u2019s contempt plea against ABFRL in Karnataka High Court, Yashram has other cases against retail and e-commerce giants like Clovia, Myntra, Lavos, and Juliet. It has also been claimed that these giant companies have violated their <a class=\"text-primary\" href=\"https:\/\/swaritadvisors.com\/patent-registration\"><strong>Patent<\/strong><\/a>. Yashram claimed that the Session Court had given provisional bans on Myntra &amp; Clovia.
