In total, there are 7 pages that are to be filled, and more than 10 different documents are required to be uploaded on the portal. <\/span>Fill in Details<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\nNow, the applicant requires to fill in all the information asked and need to upload the necessary documents on the portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Create a Profile<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\nAfter filing the form, choose \u201cSave\u201d to Create a Profile. With this profile, the applicant can move further towards the process of registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Go Back to Home Page<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\nIn this step, the applicant needs to go back to the Home Page and select the option \u201cRegistration\u201d from the tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Choose Real Estate Project<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\nAfter that, he\/she needs to click on the \u201cReal Estate Project\u201d option. After that, choose either \u201cApply for New Project\u201d or \u201cApply for Ongoing Project\u201d based on the requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Log in to Promoter Account<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\nNow, the applicant will be redirected again to the page wherein he\/she needs to log in to his\/her \u201cPromoter Account\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>7 Different Pages For HP RERA Applicant<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\nAt this stage, there are 7 different pages<\/em><\/strong> that an applicant needs to fill in, such pages are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/span>Promoter Profile<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\nIn this section, the applicant will fill all the relevant personal and financial details. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Project Details<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\nThis section deals with Project Information, such as the location, ownership, and size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Sanctioned Business Plan<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\nThis section relates to the information of Sanctioned Business Plan, such as Structural Stability Certificate, Sanctioned Plan, Type of Project, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Civic Facilities<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\nThis section will provide a checklist of facilities from which the applicant needs to select the relevant ones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
For example, if a real estate project has septic tanks installed or uses Renewable Energy, the applicant must select the matching options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Project Professionals<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\nHere, the applicant will provide the details and names of the professionals involved in the real estate project. Further, he\/she also need to upload a copy of their respective certificates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Project Fees<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\nIn this section, the project fee is calculated based on the type and size of the real estate project and land. It shall be relevant to note that the only mode to make the payment of registration fee is through online banking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Project Declaration<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\nThe last section, i.e., \u201cProject Declaration\u201d Page is the \u201cForm B\u201d, where the applicant needs to go through an \u201cAffidavit cum Declaration\u201d and verify all the documents submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
