as has the capacity to separate the goods of the manufacturer\nfrom the competitors, requires to be registered as a trademark.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further, it is a globally\naccepted fact that a registered trademark works as a valuable asset for the\nbusiness. Also, the goods that have a registered trademark can easily be\nidentified by consumers.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, it shall be relevant to\nstate that a registered trademark has a validity of 10 business;<\/li><li>Assists in\ndifferentiating products of two competitors;<\/li><li>Works as the \u201cShield\u201d\nto protect the brand, logo, design, name, etc., from imitation, misuse, and\nduplication;<\/li><li>Protects the\ngoods and services of the Trademark Holder;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Objectives_of_Trademark_Registration\"><\/span>Objectives of Trademark Registration<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The main purpose of obtaining a <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/swaritadvisors.com\/trademark-registration\">Trademark Registration<\/a><\/span><\/strong> is to differentiate and segregate the trademarks and service marks concerning the goods and services of certain fields. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus, it is suggested that every service provider and manufacturer\nmust apply for Registration under Trademark. <em>Trademark Classes<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further, these&nbsp;<em>classes <\/em>are defined based on\nthe&nbsp;<em>categories\n<\/em>prescribed\nin the&nbsp;\u201c<em>NICE\nClassification\u201d<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At present, there are <em>45 different Classes of Trademark <\/em>provided under the&nbsp;<em>Trademarks Act 1999. <\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Moreover,<\/em><em> <\/em>classes&nbsp;<em>1 to 34<\/em>&nbsp;are known as&nbsp;<em>Trademark Classes for Goods<\/em>, and the&nbsp;<em>remaining classes<\/em><em>,<\/em> i.e.,&nbsp;classes <em>35 to 45,<\/em>&nbsp;are considered as <em>Trademark Classes for Services<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further, it will be pertinent to note that at present, there are around <em>8000 services and goods <\/em>covered under the realm of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/swaritadvisors.com\/learning\/trademark-classes-a-guide-on-trademark-classification\/\"><span Also, the main purpose of these explanations<\/em>&nbsp;is to provide\na particular class or group for each <em>good or service<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span
