Trademarks. Further, the <em>Trademarks Act 1999<\/em> works as the <em>Governing Law<\/em> for Trademarks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Aim_of_Trademark_Registration\"><\/span>Aim of Trademark Registration<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The main aim of the <em>Registration under Trademark<\/em> is to facilitate <em>differentiation <\/em>of the <em>goods and services<\/em> of certain fields.
