Also, the NOC issued will assist the applicant in obtaining the <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/swaritadvisors.com\/fssai-license\">FSSAI license<\/a><\/span><\/strong> to export the food products outside the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Things_to_Remember_for_the_FSSAI_License_for_Exporters\"><\/span>Things to Remember\nfor the FSSAI License for Exporters<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The things to remember for the FSSAI License for\nExporters are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Central FSSAI License for the Exporters is granted by the Central Authority of FSSAI;<\/li><li>The two types of FSSAI License for Exports are Manufacturers of the Food Products for Export and the Exporting Merchants and Traders, and a Food Business  Operator can apply for any of them;<\/li><li>Further, the applicants for the FSSAI Exporter License needs to declare whether he\/she deals in exports only or operates in both the domestic and export      market;<\/li><li>Only the business units that are certified by the MOC (Ministry of Commerce) as 100% export units can apply for the FSSAI Exporter License;<\/li><li>The exporter needs to acquire IEC (Import Export Code) from the DGFT (Director General of Foreign Trade); <\/li><li>An FBO requires to apply for a separate \u201cFSSAI Exporter License\u201d for each premise;<\/li><li>The FBO must ensure that all the premises must be mentioned on the IEC Certificate;<\/li><li>An FBO can apply for <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/swaritadvisors.com\/fssai-central-license\">FSSAI Central license<\/a><\/span><\/strong> for a period ranging from one to five years; <\/li><li>After the expiry of the license, the exporter can file an application for <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/swaritadvisors.com\/fssai-license-renewal\">FSSAI License Renewal<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.
