be registered as a trademark in India.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further, it is a worldwide accepted phenomenon that a \u201c<em>registered trademark<\/em>\u201d works as a <em>significant asset<\/em> for the <em>business.<\/em> Moreover, the same assists the consumers in <em>identifying the real goods<\/em>.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, it shall be pertinent to note that a <em>registered trademark<\/em> remains <em>valid for ten years<\/em>, starting from the date of acquiring trademark registration.
