The other two pillars are <em>copyright<\/em> and <em>patent<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further, the term \u201cTrademark\u201d signifies a Word, Name, Phrase, Design, Symbol, Combination of Color, Letters, or Numbers, or any other device that Distinguishes and Identifies goods and services in the marketplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the term \u201cTrademark Registration\u201d denotes the procedure under which a manufacturer or service provider can get his\/ her goods or services registered under the provisions of the Trademarks Act 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, it shall be noteworthy to mention that a \u201c<em>registered trademark\u201d<\/em> remains <em>valid for ten years<\/em>, starting from the date of getting registration.
