TNRERA came\ninto force when the state government approved the Tamil Nadu RERA Rules in\nTamil on 22.06.2017. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further, for keeping\nthe&nbsp;Real Estate Act&nbsp;at its basic, the TNRERA attempts to make\ntransactions, dealings, and delivery of information as transparent and\nefficient as possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, it shall be\nrelevant to mention that TNRERA or RERA in Tamil Nadu has jurisdiction not only\nover Tamil Nadu but on Andaman and Nicobar Islands as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog, we will\ndiscuss the concept of Tamil Nadu RERA, together with the
