As a result, the State Cabinet had decided to implement RERA in Karnataka, and RERA Karnataka Rules 2017 were enforced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further, as per the Karnataka RERA Rules, it is mandatory for every promoter\/developer and real estate agent to obtain registration under RERA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, according to the RERA Karnataka\nwebsite, at present, there are around 4322 RERA Karnataka approved Projects, 2393\nReal Estate Agents, and 4779 Complaints registered, so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog, we will discuss the concept of RERA in Karnataka, together with the Process to
