The applicant is free to opt for the validity of his FSSAI registration\/ License according to his\/her business requirements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In any case, the FBO has to immediately apply for the FSSAI Renewal before the validity expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3-_When_to_apply_for_the_FSSAI_license_renewal\"><\/span>3- When to apply for the FSSAI license renewal?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The FSSAI renewal has to be applied 120 days (i.e., 4 months) prior to the expiry of the validity of the license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4-_How_much_is_the_late_fee_in_case_of_FSSAI_renewal\"><\/span>4- How much is the late fee in case of FSSAI renewal? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The late fee amount chargeable for late FSSAI Renewal is \u20b9100\/- per day beginning from the date of expiry of the validity of the FSSAI Registration or License.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5-_What_is_the_process_for_FSSAI_license_renewal\"><\/span>5- What is the process for FSSAI license renewal?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is the step by step procedure for FSSAI renewal: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Firstly, go to FLRS portal on your system. <\/li><li>Login FLRS portal with your Username &amp; password. <\/li><li>Select the tab: &#8220;Apply for Renewal for License\/Registration&#8221;. <\/li><li>A list will pop-up on the screen. Just select the relevant link and click:- &#8220;Proceed&#8221;. <\/li><li>A confirmation message will now pop-up on the screen like: &#8220;Are you sure you want to apply for renewal of the license&#8221;. The name &amp; contact of the designated officer will be given on the application status when you will track it with ARN. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the applicant has not yet completed the FSSAI renewal process, by clicking the OK button on the confirmation message, it will be taken as an incomplete application. Physical inspection will be done to ensure that the furnished documentation is correct and the FBO fulfils all the criteria.
