it is obligatory and compulsory for every Indian State to\nhave a RERA Authority of its own. Further, the main aim behind the\nimplementation of state RERA is to administer and govern the real estate sector\nwithin the state limits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the Gujarat RERA Act was passed inMay 2017, and till date, it carries out all the functions and operations as prescribed under the parent act and regulates every segment of the real estate industry in Gujarat as
