  • The online portal of NGO Darpan doesn’t allow unauthorized individuals or groups to register for the NGO Darpan Scheme.
  • Also, you have to ensure before NGO Darpan Registration that the copy of Registration Certificate shall be not more than or less than 2MB to upload.
  • The password must contain one capital letter, one digit and must have more than six characters.
  • When uploading Trust Deed, an individual must upload a copy of the first page and one page with the individual’s signature.

  • Once you visit the home page of NGO Darpan, for the new registration you have to click on the Sign-Up button and create a user ID and password and keep all the login details safe for the further use.
  • After obtaining login credentials, select the registration icon or button and provide all the details mandatory related to your NGO. Following are some details related to NGO:
  1. NGO’s name or name of VO (Volunteer Organization).
  2. PAN of the Organization.
  3. PAN Copy.
  4. Name of Secretary.
  5. Name of Treasurer.
  6. Name of Chief Functionary.
  7. Provide contact details during the above step along with the PAN details.
  • Once you submit all the details as mentioned above, an OTP will be received on your registered number which is provided by the applicant, then use this OTP for future verification and creating a new password.
  • After login, you have to provide all the details related to your registration, and the details are as follows:
  1. Type of NGO.
  2. Act under which NGO Registration is done.
  3. Registration City.
  4. Registration Date.
  5. Registration Number.
  6. Registration Validity.
  7. Registration Copy.
  8. In case of more than one registration, provide all the details regarding 2nd and 3rd registration. The details are the same as the details mentioned above.
  • After that, fill all the details regarding the suitable sector and key issues on which the Non-profit Government Organization will work and the operational area.
  • Provide the detailed address and then click on the submit button with self-declaration regarding the information provided above are right and accurate.
