  1. A copy of PAN Card;
  2. A Copy of the Address Proof of the Agent/ Directors/ or Partners;
  3. Certificate of Registration, in the case of Firms and Companies;
  4. A copy of the Address Proof of the Place being used as Registered Office;
  5. Two Latest Passport sized Photographs of the Agent/ Partners/ or Directors, etc. (as the case may be);
  6. Income Tax Returns for the preceding 3 financial years;

  2. PAN Number;
  3. Mobile Number;
  4. Permanent Address;
  5. Company Registration number;

Further, after filing all the details, click on the “Next” button.

Details of the Project

Now provide the details of the project required for registration under RERA in Uttarakhand. The term “Project Details” includes the following:

  1. Project Name;
  2. Project Description;
  3. Commencement Date of the Project;
  4. Total Cost of Land; and
  5. Total Project Cost;

Details concerning Development

In this part of the registration form, the applicant needs to provide development details, such as

  1. Type of Inventory;
  2. Total Number of Inventory and Funds available for Sale;
  3. Carpet Area;
  4. Total Area of the Balcony;
  5. Total Area of Private Open Terrace;

Details concerning External Development Work

The term “External Development Work” includes the details as follows:

  1. Road System;
  2. Water Supply;
  3. Sewage and Drainage;
  4. Electricity Supply, and;
  5. Solid Waste Management;

Details of Project Banks

The term “Project Banks” include the details as follows:

  1. Bank Details;
  2. Branch Name;
  3. Account Name, and;
  4. IFSC Code;

Details of Project Architects

The term “Project Architects” include the details as follows:

  1. Registration Number for Architect;
  2. Architect Name;
  3. Architect Address;

Details of Structural Engineers

The term “Structural Engineers” include the details as follows:

  1. Registration Number for Engineer;
  2. Engineer’s Name;
  3. Engineer’s Address;
  4. Pin Code;
  5. Email Id;
  6. Year of Establishment;

Details of Project Contractor

The term “Project Contractor” include the details as follows:

  1. Contractor’s Name;
  2. Contractor’s Address;
  3. Email Id;
  4. Year of Establishment;
  5. Pin Code;

After that, the applicant needs to click on the button “Next”.

Upload Requisite Documents

Now, in the next step, the applicant requires to upload all the above mentioned documents in the prescribed manner.

Now, click on the option “Submit”.

Make Fee Payment

In the final step, after clicking “Submit”, the applicant need to pay the amount prescribed as Fee for obtaining registration under RERA in Uttarakhand.

Receive a Mail of Acknowledgement

After making the payment, the applicant will receive an email of acknowledgment, which will include application reference number as well.

The applicant needs to save the number to use it for any future reference.
