The steps involved in the process to obtain RERA Registration in Delhi for Project are as follows:

Visit Official Portal

In the first step, the applicant or the promoter needs to visit the official RERA Delhi website[1];

Click on Online Registration

Now, in the next step, the applicant requires to choose the fifth option from the menu bar named “Online Registration”.

After that out of the 3 options given, select “Register as Promoter or Project”.

Now, after selecting the option register as promoter or project, the applicant will be redirected towards a new page, wherein he/ she requires to fill in the information, such as follows:

  1. Promoter Type;
  2. Name of the Applicant;
  3. Email Address;
  4. Mobile Number;

After that, click on the option “Create a New Account”. Thereafter, he/ she will receive an email regarding the password of the account.

Now, the applicant needs to go back to the homepage of RERA Delhi and requires to choose the option “Login”.

In this step, the applicant requires to enter his/ her registered email id and password provided to log into his/ her RERA Account.

Furnish the Details and Information Asked

Now, in this step, the applicant requires to provide the details, such as follows:

  1. General Details;
    1. Director’s Details;
    2. Personal Details;
    3. Contact Details;
    4. Residence Address;
  2. Previous Project Details;
  3. New Project Details;
  4. General Details;
  5. Project Apartment Inventory;
  6. Project CA Details;
  7. Project Architects Details;
  8. Project Structural Engineer;
  9. Associated Real Estate Agent;
  10. Project Engineer Details;

Upload Required Documents

Now, the applicant requires to upload all the necessary documents as mentioned above.

Undertaking and Verification

Further, the applicant needs to tick on all the 3 boxes of the declaration, and after that requires to press the option “Send OTP”.

No enter the received OTP (One Time Password) in provided space and choose the option “Save and Preview” thereafter.

Preview Details

On this webpage, the applicant can view and preview all the details furnished before the final submission. After that, click on the option “Make Payment” to proceed further in the process of registration.

Make Fee Payment

Now, moving further, a reference number will be displayed on the screen, which the applicant requires to note for any future reference. Further, there are two modes of making payment, as follows:

  1. Offline Mode;
  2. Online Mode;

In offline mode, the applicant needs to make payment at the branch office of RERA Delhi and after that requires to fill in the details of acknowledgement in the application form.

In contrast, in the case of online payment, the said applicant needs to pay the fees by using either of the following methods:

  1. Through SBI;
  2. State Bank Debit Cards;
  3. Other Bank’s Debit Card;
  4. Credit Cards; or
  5. UPI;

The steps involved in the process to obtain RERA Registration in Delhi for Agent are as follows:

In the first step, the applicant or the agent needs to visit the official RERA Delhi website;

Now, in the next step, the applicant requires to choose the fifth option from the menu bar named “Online Registration”.

After that out of the 3 options given, select “Register as Agent”.

  2. Name of the Applicant;

Now, in this step, the applicant requires to provide the details asked in the application form.
