After clicking on Create User, the applicant will need to go back to the home page and again select the option “Online Registration”.

Now, the applicant needs to enter the login credentials, such as Username and Password, to get redirected to the detailed application form.

Furnish Necessary Details

In this step of the process to obtain RERA Registration in Maharashtra, the applicant requires to provide all the required details as follows:

  1. General Information;
  2. Individual Information;
  3. Address for Official Communication;
  4. Address Details;

  7. Building Details;
