Meaning of Trademark Clause 25

The concept of Trademark Class 25 includes most types of clothing, footwear, and headgear. Trademark Class 25 is considered to be one of the 45 international classes used by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Each of the United States Patent and Trademark Offices(USPTO’s) 45 classes denotes a specific category of goods or services.
